How much notice do you require for a custom cake?

Custom cake orders require at least two weeks notice. Weddings and large events require six months notice.

Online orders, listed under our Shop, can be purchased at any time for pickup or shipping depending on the product.

Do you have a storefront?

YES! We recently opened our cake boutique located in Downtown Columbus, OH.

The following address is available for walk-ins or curbside pickup.

Do you provide cake tastings?

Yes. Please contact us to schedule $50 cake tastings & consultations in our cake boutique.

This includes 4-5 different popular wedding cake flavors, fillings, and buttercreams.

Upon request, we provide $45 tasting boxes to go including your flavor choices.

We also offer phone & Zoom consultations to discuss any custom cake design.

 

How much are your cakes?

Pricing for custom cakes varies on the serving amount and complexity of the design. 

All custom cake pricing begins at $8.00/slice.

Signature cakes are considered ready-to-go buttercream celebration cakes.

How do I order?

You can also call us at (614) 600-CAKE (2253). Please do not get discouraged if you don't reach us on the phone, as most of the time we are baking in the kitchen. If you leave us a message we will be sure to contact you within 48 hours.

Do you deliver?

No. At this time, we do not provide local delivery.

The only items we ship are cake jars, Monday -Thursday, when available in our Shop.

Can you duplicate this cake?

We do not duplicate the creations of other bakers. If you are sending photos for inspiration, we completely understand as this is great information for us to provide you with the cake you are wanting.

We just ask that you give us some creative freedom to exceed your expectations.

What is you cancellation policy?

  • All custom orders are non-refundable if canceled within 10 days of the scheduled pick-up date. Due to the personalized nature of these orders, we begin preparations well in advance to ensure every detail meets your specifications.

  • Signature orders are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up date. Our signature creations require careful planning and preparation, making last-minute cancellations challenging to accommodate.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your booking and cover initial preparation costs, ensuring we can deliver the highest quality product for your event.

 

We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate any adjustments outside of these time frames.
